About Leopardwood
Leopardwood is a South American hardwood named for its distinctive figure — small, lens-shaped flecks against a reddish-brown background, like the spots that give it its name. The flecks come from the wood's medullary rays, most visible on quartersawn cuts. Hard, dense, and unmistakable.
