Unless you opt for a custom engraving, every Reg Barber tamper handle carries our RB logo. For something of your own, select Custom Laser Engraving on any eligible product and we'll work with you on the artwork.
What we engrave
Logos, monograms, names, dates, short text, simple line art. Engraving can be done on handle tops and sides as well as on stainless steel bases. Custom designs are $25 per location, which includes artwork file prep and one engraving. If you want to engrave more than one handle or base, each additional identical engraving is $10.
What to send us
After you order, email artwork to michael@regbarber.com with your order number:
- SVG or vector PDF at 300 dpi or better
- High contrast (single-color line art works best)
Each layout is reviewed before it touches a handle. If a design won't translate cleanly, we'll send a proof and discuss.
Wood choice
Engraving works on every wood we offer. Contrast varies with the wood: blonde and mid-tone woods show engraving boldly; darker and heavily figured woods show it more subtly. Both look good. The right choice often comes down to the design as much as the wood. Ask us if you're unsure.
Lead time
Plan on about three weeks from order to ship: roughly one week of back-and-forth to settle the artwork, then about two weeks of production once the design is approved.
