Signature in Pink Ivory
Pink Ivory is not listed in the CITES Appendices or on the IUCN Red List. The species is, however, protected under South African law and harvested only with limited government permits. Historically considered sacred to the Zulu people and reserved for royalty, Pink Ivory remains one of Africa's most prized hardwoods. Our handles are crafted from legally permitted new old stock. We will not be making any more of these tampers due to Pink Ivory's cultural significance.
Engraving guide

Engraving

We use an industrial CO2 laser to engrave handles and bases with your own design. Logos, monograms, names, dates, short text, or simple line art, on handle tops, sides, and stainless steel bases.

Select Custom Laser Engraving on any eligible product and we'll reach out to work through your artwork together. $25 per location covers file prep and one engraving; each additional identical engraving is $10. Plan on about three weeks.

Pink Ivory is a Southern African hardwood, historically reserved for Zulu royalty — a pale pink to deep reddish heartwood, harvested only with limited South African government permits. Extraordinarily hard and dense, with a tight, fine grain. One of the rarest commercial hardwoods in the world.
