A truly unique piece!
Bubinga is an African hardwood that exudes a certain elegance, but also offers a perfect balance of durability and weight, allowing you to achieve that ideal tamp every time.
All our wood handles are artisan-crafted by Reg himself, and finished by hand using Reg's proprietary mixture of food-safe natural finishes. They start out a bit glossy but develop a soft, satin patina with use.

This listing is for a handle only. Handles and bases must be specified individually to create your complete tamper. We'll assemble it for you before shipping.
Sustainability:
These tampers are new old stock, likely made by Reg in the 2000s or 2010s. As of 2017, Bubinga, or African Rosewood, was placed on the endangered species list, so we've stopped using it for new tampers.
