The Palm was Reg's very first design from the mid-1990s. Still prized today, its low center of gravity allows for precise and consistent tamping pressure.

Leopardwood is a hardwood species native to Central and South America. It's density and fine grain make it perfect for crafting a tamper that helps you deliver consistent pressure. A true statement piece.

All our wood handles are artisan-crafted by Reg himself, and finished by hand using Reg's proprietary mixture of food-safe natural finishes. They develop a soft, satin patina with use.

Note:
Please note that this listing is for a handle only. Handles and bases must be specified individually to complete a complete tamper. We'll assemble it for you before shipping.

Sustainability: This wood species is not listed in the CITES Appendices or on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species.
